Return Period We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as you received it

  • Unworn, unused, or uninstalled (for car accessories)

  • Warranty seal/sticker must remain intact and unbroken (for electronic devices/phones)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have already been installed, modified, or used

  • Devices where the shop's warranty sticker/seal has been tampered with or removed

  • Custom products or special orders

  • Sale items (unless otherwise specified)

Return Process To initiate a return: a) Contact us at aeprojectz7300@gmail.com with your order number and return request. b) We will evaluate your request. If accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return shipping address. c) Send the item to the provided address securely.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. We strongly advise recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel. Contact us immediately at aeprojectz7300@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

For damaged items:

  • Provide unboxing video and clear photos of the damage

  • Keep all packaging materials

  • Do not attempt to use or install a damaged product

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In cases where we cover return shipping (due to our error), we will reimburse you for the standard shipping cost once the item is received and verified.

Restocking Fees We do not charge restocking fees for regular returns. However, for items returned in a non-resalable condition (e.g., damaged packaging or missing components), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's purchase price or reject the refund entirely.

Exceptions We reserve the right to refuse returns or to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Any exceptions made will not affect the application of this policy in any other case.
